The South Coast HMO Makeover
A full refurbishment project of an existing 6 bedroomed HMO.
This property had been an HMO for many years but was tired and outdated in its décor and furnishings, so was attracting the wrong types of tenants, and as such was plagued with continuous and long void periods and numerous rent arrears.
